Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Contract Manager to lead contract strategy and commercial negotiations for major Latin American projects. You will report to the LATAM Contract Management Leader and partner with the Project Director and Project Team to maximize project value through effective risk management, variation orders, and prudent contract administration.

The role requires strong English and Spanish, a relevant bachelor degree, and experience in EPC/infrastructure or hydropower settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, law, or business.
• Proven contract manager with EPC/infra experience.
• Experience in hydropower projects and contract administration.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractual and commercial strategy for project delivery.
• Advise project leadership on contracts, risks, opportunities, and commercial matters.
• Identify revenue opportunities through variation orders, claims, and entitlements.
• Develop and implement claims, change management, and dispute resolution strategies.
• Protect contractual rights through contract administration and documentation.
• Lead negotiations with customers, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
