Job summary

GE Vernova Hydro Power is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to lead strategic contract management across major hydroelectric projects in Canada. You will guide end-to-end contracting from bid through execution and warranty, negotiating complex amendments and protecting the company’s commercial interests throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in contract management for complex projects (EPC, infrastructure, energy).
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to structure and draft complex amendments and claims.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract strategy for major Canadian hydro projects from bid to warranty.
• Draft, review and tailor commercial clauses per project need.
• Negotiate contracts, amendments and commercial arrangements with customers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and governance.
• Provide risk assessments and update governance on contractual issues.
