Insurance Office of America in the United States seeks an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book of business, retain clients, and support new business. You will coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues and ensuring accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in account management, or 5+ years in insurance, plus an active property & casualty license; CIC or equivalent is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical competence and industry expertise.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Negotiate coverages and present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.

• Deliver proactive service and maintain policy compliance.
