Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor II in Visalia, CA to oversee clinical treatment for patients with autism. The role combines direct supervision of ABA programs with coordination across caregivers, payers, and therapists in center, home, school, or telehealth settings.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification, with ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required by BACB.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for ABA treatment plans.
• Develop and update treatment plans monthly.
• Maintain 120 billable hours per month including supervisory and therapy hours.
• Manage a minimum caseload of 15 patients.
