Job summary

The Clinical Supervisor II at Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) oversees clinical treatment for patients, develops and updates treatment plans, and supervises behavior technicians across centers, homes, schools, or telehealth.

Candidates hold a Master’s in Psychology or ABA, BCBA certification, and ASD experience, with ability to travel. CARD offers 401(k), ongoing training, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance when necessary.
• TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
• Direct behavior technicians in implementing treatment protocols.
