Job summary
Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor II (BCBA) in Bakersfield, CA to oversee clinical treatment for clients with autism, develop plans, supervise technicians, and coordinate with families and payers. Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field is required.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
- Strong communication and data-analysis skills required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain treatment plans and supervise technicians.
- Provide coaching and training to caregivers and staff.
- Ensure 100% adherence to supervision hours monthly.
- Collaborate with care teams across settings including center, home, and telehealth.
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
