Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor II to oversee all clinical treatment for assigned patients, develop treatment plans, analyze progress, and coach caregivers and behavioral technicians across center, home, school, or telehealth settings. Candidates should hold a Master’s in Psychology or ABA, BACB certification, ASD experience, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Certification as a BACB-certified behavior analyst is required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD is required.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.
• Must pass tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours are at 100% adherence each month.
• Manage a minimum caseload of 15 patients.
• Coordinate care with professionals inside and outside the organization.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
• Communicate treatment responses to caregivers and payers.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure documentation.
