The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor II to oversee clinical treatment for a caseload of patients, including development of treatment plans and supervision of behavior technicians. The role involves collaboration with families, caregivers, and payers, with opportunities across CARD centers, homes, schools, or telehealth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain patient treatment plans and supervise implementation.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavior technicians.
• Ensure 100% monthly supervision hours adherence.
• Communicate progress to caregivers and payers.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain documentation in patient medical records.
