Qualifications

Responsibilities

Enter and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
Record daily transactions including invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly.
Prepare basic financial reports including balance sheets and P&L summaries.
Maintain organized digital and physical financial files.
Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate hours/records (if applicable).
Assist with vendor and customer account updates.
Monitor due dates for payments and follow up as needed.
Provide administrative support for financial audits or year-end close.
Work closely with management to ensure financial data accuracy.
