Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including recording financial transactions using QuickBooks Online and other accounting software.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records utilizing spreadsheets and accounting tools.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts regularly to ensure consistency with recorded transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports in accordance with established accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.
• Support year-end closing processes and assist with audits as needed.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collections and payments.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes.
