Solvency Now Bookkeeping is hiring a remote Bookkeeper to manage client bookkeeping, perform reconciliations, and conduct periodic reviews. The role supports 20 hours per week with a path to full-time after 90 days, offering a collaborative, expert team in a fully remote environment.

You must be fluent in English and proficient in QuickBooks Online (1–3 years). Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple clients are essential for success in this flexible, home-based position.

Qualifications

• Strong command of the English language (read, write & speak).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a MUST (1–3 years experience).

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping for a variety of clients.
• Collaborate with a team of bookkeeping pros.
• Perform bank/account reconciliations and reviews.
• Filing 1099s and handling payroll filing and reporting.
• Maintain detailed time tracking and daily reports.
