Job summary

Solvency Now Bookkeeping, Inc. seeks a QuickBooks Online experienced bookkeeper for a full-time, remote position in the US. You will manage a portfolio of 10-20 clients, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, and ensure accurate recording and classification of financial transactions.

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online is required; prior experience as an Accountant or Staff Accountant is a plus. The role includes potential payroll duties and bonuses after a 90-day probation, with flexible hours

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on QuickBooks Online experience required.
• 1–3 years of bookkeeping experience managing multiple clients.
• Bonus: experience as Accountant or Staff Accountant.

Responsibilities

• Record and classify financial transactions accurately.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts; monitor loans and payments.
• Collect, process client invoices and track time per client.
• Submit daily reports and maintain detailed spreadsheets.
• Payroll duties and budgeting support may be required.
