Job summary

Kids Club ABA is expanding into Missouri and seeks a BCBA to deliver individualized in-home ABA services, including assessments, supervision of RBTs, and collaboration with families. Remote and/or hybrid work arrangements are considered for Missouri-based candidates based on experience and clinical needs, with travel to client homes as required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized in-home ABA services.
• Develop and oversee treatment plans and BIPs.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs.
• Collaborate with parents through training and strategies.
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust plans.
