AB Spectrum is seeking a BCBA in Missouri to lead individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and spend meaningful time with children.

Enjoy four onsite days with hybrid flexibility, small caseloads (5–8 children), no driving between locations, and no billing paperwork. Compensation includes up to $100,000 base salary, quarterly bonuses, up to 31 paid days off, a sign-on bonus, admin support, CEU/mentorship, and clear career growth.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain required licensure.
• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Passion for early intervention and helping children thrive with autism.

Aufgaben

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor children’s progress.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Spend meaningful face-to-face time with children.
• Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leadership.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical care.
