Job summary

Kids Club ABA in Missouri is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for remote and/or hybrid work. This role supports in-home ABA services across Missouri and requires in-person assessments and supervision as needed.

You will develop, implement, and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train families, and collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality care. The position offers a competitive salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field meeting certification requirements.
• Active BCBA certification and Missouri LBA or ability to obtain licensure.
• At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessments, treatment planning, and data-driven decisions.
• Experience supervising and supporting RBTs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes for assessments, supervision, and other clinical responsibilities as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and use clinical data to guide treatment decisions.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training, collaboration, and practical strategies that support progress in the home and everyday environments.
• Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and team members to promote consistent, high-quality care.
• Complete in-person assessments, observations, and clinical supervision as required.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet applicable payer and regulatory requirements.
• Build positive relationships with families and help them navigate their child’s treatment journey.
• Contribute to the growth of Kids Club ABA as we expand our in-home services throughout Missouri.
