Job summary

New Dawn ABA is seeking a BCBA in Missouri to manage caseloads, develop assessments and treatment plans, and train parents and staff. This remote role supports families at home, in schools, and in daycares, with supervision of RBTs and ongoing mentorship from leadership.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000–$90,000, PTO, health insurance, 401(k), CEU stipend, and growth opportunities into lead or director roles.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Missouri LBA license required.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to seek help when needed.
• Excellent collaboration with families, RBTs, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own your caseload: assessments, treatment plans, and parent training.
• Supervise and coach RBTs to maintain high fidelity.
• Work with families in homes and communities to implement plans.
• Raise issues early and maintain clear expectations with the team.
