Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field that meets certification requirements.
- Active BCBA certification and Missouri LBA license or ability to obtain licensure.
- Experience with children with autism as BCBA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior plans.
- Conduct assessments and guide treatment decisions with clinical data.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
- Train families with practical home strategies.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality care.
- Complete in-person assessments and supervision as required.
- Maintain clinical documentation meeting payer and regulatory needs.
- Engage families to support child’s treatment journey.
- Support Missouri expansion into new communities.
