Kids Club ABA in Missouri is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home services with flexibility for remote and/or hybrid work. This is a full-time opportunity focused on family-centered, data-driven care and clinician growth.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification and Missouri LBA licensure or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience with children with autism.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessments, and data-driven decisions.
• Experience supervising and supporting RBTs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel to client homes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and use data to guide decisions.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Train and support parents/caregivers in the home setting.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality care.
• Complete in-person assessments and supervision as required.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation for payer and regulatory needs.
• Build positive relationships with families and support the treatment journey.
• Contribute to Kids Club ABA’s growth across Missouri.
