Carrier is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer, HVAC, to manage the post‑order lifecycle for the UK&I Data Centre team, coordinating with factories, customers and partners to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires robust HVAC knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate a matrix organisation; travel within the UK is expected. This remote role supports a dynamic, global climate solutions business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical sales or project delivery role in HVAC/building services.
• Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams including customer care, sales, project delivery, or operations.
• Strong understanding of tender enquiries, technical submittals and post-order handover process.
• Excellent stakeholder management in a matrix organisation.
• Outstanding communication skills to handle escalations and senior stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and decision-making abilities.
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK.

Responsabilités

• Support the Sales team with customer enquiries and tender bids.
• Direct engagement with clients, consultants and designers to produce detailed and accurate selections.
• Manage the end-to-end post-order process from order receipt through to delivery.
• Review and approve Technical Submittals with the Project management team.
• Act as the main post-sale contact, providing clear and proactive communication.
• Assist the Project Delivery Team to ensure seamless execution from order intake to final delivery.
