Job summary

AIR Control Concepts is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead full-cycle HVAC recruitment across multiple states. This remote role supports hiring across PA, NY, and NJ, partnering with Northeast leaders to attract top talent in HVAC sales, service, and engineering.

The role requires 3+ years in HVAC recruiting, strong sourcing abilities, and solid ATS proficiency. You will influence hiring strategies, manage multiple openings, and collaborate with HR for onboarding and offers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle HVAC recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, RecruitMilitary, Handshake, and resume databases.
• Strong interviewing skills to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
• Create and maintain job descriptions and postings across boards and ATS.
• Screen candidates via resumes, phone screens, and assessments; present qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, debriefs, and guide hiring teams on selection decisions.
• Partner with HR to ensure smooth offers, pre-employment, and onboarding processes.
