Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Pro – IAQ & Duct Replacement Specialist for a fully remote 1099 contractor role. You will educate homeowners, close high-value installs, and collaborate with field techs to deliver comfort solutions.

This remote position emphasizes IAQ products, duct sealing/replacement, and energy-efficient HVAC improvements. Candidates should have 3+ years in HVAC sales, especially in ductwork, and a proven ability to generate and close

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC sales experience, preferably as a Comfort Advisor or Remote HVAC Sales Specialist.
• Solid experience selling ductwork, duct replacement, duct sealing, and indoor air quality products.
• Ability to explain technical HVAC concepts to homeowners clearly.
• Proven ability to close sales while delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple consultations daily.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsabilités

• Work with field technicians to create, coach, and close sales.
• Conduct remote consultations with homeowners on IAQ concerns and comfort needs.
• Recommend solutions including duct replacement, sealing, filtration, purifiers, UV lights, and humidity control.
• Review technician findings to build accurate recommendations.
• Educate customers on airflow, indoor air quality, and energy-efficient HVAC solutions.
• Prepare and present estimates and close sales.
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations for a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain notes and follow-up activities in the CRM.
