FirstCall Mechanical Group LLC in Wellsville, NY is seeking an experienced Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of technicians across multiple sites. You will supervise, schedule, inspect, and mentor technicians while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion of service work.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial service, 2+ years in supervision, a valid driver license, OSHA 10, and proficiency with service software and timekeeping apps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial service or install roles.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Valid Driver License with an acceptable driving record
• OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to after-hours service needs.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, blueprints, and mechanical codes
• Proficient in using service software, timekeeping apps, and digital job documentation

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support field service technicians across multiple job sites.
• Coordinate daily schedules, dispatches, and job priorities in alignment with operational goals.
• Conduct job-site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets FirstCall standards and customer expectations.
• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving customer concerns in the field.
• Ensure all field service work is completed in compliance with safety protocols and industry codes.
• Train and mentor technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Review and approve job reports, timecards, and material usage documentation.
• Assist with hands-on troubleshooting and repairs when necessary.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and FS Superintendent to align on timelines and resource needs
