• Ability to prioritize multiple service calls and guide technicians
• EPA Universal Certification and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and support technicians to meet daily service demands.
• Oversee field service operations and coordinate with dispatch for timely completion.
• Act as primary point of contact for technicians and escalations.
• Support hiring, training, and development of technicians.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to technicians.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and industry standards.
