Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Equipment Complex Projects Engineer to join our Building Solutions North America team. You will design and deliver large, complex HVAC equipment projects across the U.S., with the option to work remotely and align with customer expectations, schedule, and contract scope.

You will collaborate with sales and project management, manage project P&L, turnover between sales and order execution, and prepare engineered submittals while coordinating logistics to meet

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3+ years operations management or mechanical engineering experience.
• Project management experience.
• AutoCAD experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project P&L and customer satisfaction for all projects assigned.
• Coordinate backlog scheduling and forecast execution up to two years in advance.
• Actively manages project turnover between equipment sales and equipment order execution.
• Interpret engineering drawings and prepare engineered submittals in line with contract requirements.
• Coordinate with logistics to meet factory and project schedule requirements and tracking delivery.
