Job summary

MCI is accepting agents to work on an as-needed basis for hurricane relief from a remote home-office setup. Shifts run 8:00 AM–2:00 PM and 2:00 PM–8:00 PM ET, with work opportunities emailed/texted as needed.

Ideal candidates are motivated, dependable, and ready to learn our account-management systems while improving customer experiences during emergency response. Candidates must be at least 18, hold a HS diploma, and demonstrate solid communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication; reliable and punctual.
• Basic MS Office and Windows familiarity; ability to learn systems.
• Customer-service oriented with empathy and patience.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service inquiries and common requests.
• Learn standard solutions and account management systems.
• Improve customer experience during relief operations.
• Follow service techniques and internal systems; escalate dissatisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and engaged attitude with team members.
