Qualifications

• Experience in primary research methods: surveys, interviews, focus groups, usability studies.
• Proven consulting and client-facing skills, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Experience leading human-centered research from planning to analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead human-centered research throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to insight development.
• Design and execute primary research methods to enhance program outcomes.
• Manage survey research efforts using Qualtrics, ensuring data quality and respondent experience.
• Develop evaluation plans and analytical approaches aligned with client objectives.
• Analyze data and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and visualizations.
• Conduct survey analyses and interpret evaluation results to support program objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, identifying challenges and recommending solutions.
