Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant in Sustainability Consulting to lead human-centered research initiatives from planning through analysis and reporting. You will design, program, and manage surveys using Qualtrics, translating findings into actionable recommendations and compelling visuals for clients.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, project management across multiple engagements, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in primary research methods including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability studies.
• Experience leading human-centered research initiatives from planning through analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms and data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead human-centered research engagements across the project lifecycle.
• Design and execute primary research methods (surveys, interviews, focus groups, usability studies).
• Manage survey research using Qualtrics ensuring data quality and efficient operations.
• Develop evaluation plans and analytical approaches aligned to client objectives.
• Analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations and visuals.
• Conduct survey analyses and attribution research to support evaluations.
• Advise clients and guide evaluation and program strategy decisions.
• Tailor approaches to client needs and manage project risks across engagements.
• Participate in business development and knowledge sharing.
• Foster an inclusive, safe work environment and uphold company values.
