Guidehouse seeks a Managing Consultant to lead human-centered research across the project lifecycle, from planning and data collection to insight development and client reporting. You will drive surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability studies to inform program improvements and customer experiences.

You will manage large-scale survey efforts in Qualtrics, develop evaluation plans, and apply net-to-gross and attribution methodologies to support program evaluations.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a US Permanent Resident or US Citizen due to nature of client engagements.
• Five (5+) years post-graduation experience or three (3+) with a Master's degree in human-centric research/design, analysis, or related fields.
• Strong experience in primary research methods including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability studies.
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills; able to serve as a trusted advisor.
• Experience planning, designing, programming, administering and managing surveys in Qualtrics or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of evaluation methodologies including net-to-gross analysis and attribution.

• Conduct survey analyses, net-to-gross assessments, attribution research to support evaluations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on evaluation and program strategy decisions.
• Tailor research approaches to client needs and navigate ambiguity in evolving environments.
• Manage work plans, staffing, budgets, and project risks across engagements.
• Participate in business development, knowledge sharing, and cultural initiatives.
