Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead human-centered research initiatives across the project lifecycle, from planning through insight development. You will design surveys, guide data collection and analysis, and translate results into actionable recommendations for clients to improve programs and customer experiences.

The role requires strong experience in surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability studies, plus project management and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading human-centered research initiatives from planning through analysis and client reporting.
• Designing, programming, administering, and managing surveys in Qualtrics or similar platforms.
• Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and communicating findings clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations that improve programs and experiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead human-centered research engagements across the project lifecycle (planning, data collection, analysis, insight development).
• Design and execute primary research (surveys, interviews, focus groups, usability studies) to answer client questions.
• Lead survey research using Qualtrics and ensure data quality and respondent experience.
• Develop evaluation plans and research frameworks aligned to client objectives.
• Analyze data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations and visualizations.
• Conduct and interpret survey analyses, net-to-gross assessments, attribution research, and evaluation studies.
• Advise clients and guide evaluation, customer experience, and program strategy decisions.
• Tailor research approaches to client needs and manage project risks and timelines.
