For our client, we are seeking a Managing Consulting - Human Centered Reserach for Energy Efficiency Programs to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead human-centered research efforts that inform and strengthen energy efficiency program delivery. The position combines primary research, evaluation planning, and client advisory work to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into practical recommendations. The ideal candidate will partner closely with clients and project teams to shape research approaches, interpret findings, and improve program outcomes in a consulting environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $102,000 – $170,000 annually
