Pave Talent is seeking an experienced HubSpot-focused sales professional to drive net-new business in the United States. You will manage the end-to-end opportunity, from discovery through close, leveraging HubSpot portals, data migrations, and integrations to solve client problems.

You will collaborate with HubSpot reps and CS teams, own the deal motion, and work in a fully remote, distributed environment where compensation reflects performance with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Three or more years selling in the HubSpot ecosystem, from discovery to close.
• In-depth HubSpot knowledge to discuss portals, workflows, data migrations.
• Experience selling data migration or integration projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery on every referred opportunity to uncover business problems.
• Scope with the delivery team, draft scopes and move toward proposals and close.
• Own the close process and articulate business value, ROI, and timelines.
