Job summary

Talaint is seeking a HubSpot CRM Administrator for a fully remote position based in Bulgaria. You will administer, configure and maintain the HubSpot CRM, build workflows, manage data quality, and support integrations with other business systems including Dynamics 365.

The role focuses on reliable system operation, scalable CRM configurations, and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. English fluency required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

Hands-on HubSpot admin and configuration.
Experience with workflows and lifecycle stages.
Experience with data quality and integrations.
Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure and maintain HubSpot CRM platform.
Develop and optimize HubSpot workflows and lead management.
Configure integrations and data synchronization with other systems.
Monitor data quality and troubleshoot CRM issues.
Support marketing automation, including campaigns and scoring.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into CRM configurations.
