Job summary

talaint is seeking a HubSpot CRM Administrator to join a fully remote team based in Bulgaria. You will administer, configure and maintain HubSpot CRM, manage properties, permissions and lifecycle stages, and ensure reliable data operations.

You will design and optimize workflows, lead management, and campaigns; configure integrations with systems like Microsoft Dynamics; monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and support marketing automation across the business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering, configuring and supporting HubSpot CRM.
• Strong understanding of CRM data models, lifecycle stages and automation.
• Experience with CRM integrations and data synchronization.
• Familiarity with marketing automation concepts and reporting.
• Ability to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HubSpot CRM including properties and permissions.
• Develop and optimize HubSpot workflows and lead management.
• Configure integrations between HubSpot and other systems.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot CRM issues.
• Support marketing automation: campaigns, nurturing, segmentation and scoring.
