Job summary

APPLY is seeking a HubSpot CRM & CMS Specialist for a contract role starting in October 2026 through March 2027, at 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will lead hands-on HubSpot initiatives, configure the CRM, manage data and integrations, and drive website launches on HubSpot CMS.

A proactive self-starter with strong communication and project-management skills is essential. The position is hybrid/remote friendly with preference for candidates based in Canada, aligning to ET or PT business

Qualifications

Deep HubSpot experience and project-management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on execution of client HubSpot initiatives.
Configure and optimize the CRM and CMS, manage data and integrations.
Build lists and automated workflows, support campaign deployment.
Develop reporting dashboards and launch client websites on HubSpot CMS.
Migrate and validate content, implement forms and tracking, support SEO.
Quality assurance and issue resolution during launches.
Collaborate with client stakeholders, technical, marketing and creative partners.
Drive work from planning through launch and ongoing optimization.
