Job summary

APPLY is seeking a HubSpot CRM & CMS Specialist for a 20-hour/week contract starting Oct 2026 through Mar 2027. The role requires hands-on config of HubSpot CRM/CMS, data management, lists, workflows, and reporting dashboards, plus launching client websites on HubSpot CMS with QA and launch support.

Remote/hybrid work is supported; preferred candidates are based in Canada or aligned to ET/PT hours, with strong communication and project-management skills to drive cockpit-ready deliverables from

Qualifications

• Experience configuring HubSpot CRM and HubSpot CMS.
• Ability to build lists, automate workflows, and deploy reporting dashboards.
• Experience supporting website launches and QA on HubSpot CMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on execution of a client’s HubSpot initiatives (CRM & CMS).
• Configure and optimize the HubSpot CRM, including data management and integrations.
• Build lists and automated workflows to support campaigns and reporting.
• Launch and validate client websites on HubSpot CMS, handling forms, tracking, and SEO requirements.
