Job summary

ABB is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) leader to help improve performance across group-wide HSE programs. The role focuses on collecting and analyzing HSE data, supporting annual plans, and driving behavior change to elevate safety performance.

Remote work is offered with a preference for candidates in Houston, TX, and a US work authorization is required. You will collaborate with HSE Function Program Managers, standardize processes globally, and contribute to delivering robust

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of HSE frameworks, OSHA standards, and compliance requirements.
Experience with HSE pre-screening processes and documentation.
Process-driven with the ability to standardize and scale HSE practices across a large group.
Strategic thinker with ability to see day-to-day operations in context of the big picture.
Exceptional soft skills - influence, communication, stakeholder management.
Ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
Strong hard and soft HSE skills.
Alignment with ABB Way values and operational standards.
Candidates must already have work authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and report HSE performance to stakeholders using KPI data.
Support delivery of annual plans and implement HSE objectives in assigned area.
Drive behavioral change to continuously improve HSE performance through core programs.
Facilitate sharing of best practices and apply standardized processes globally to deliver consistent HSE support.
