Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an experienced EH&S Manager to lead the safety and compliance program across US client accounts. You will implement HSE strategies, manage risk, and drive improvements in a dynamic facilities environment.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, incident investigations, regulatory reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with account teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years EH&S management experience.
• Experience with safety compliance and management in facilities.
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications.
• Willing to travel within the US (≈25%).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of JLL HSE objectives for US client accounts.
• Provide guidance on HSE risk management at all levels.
• Conduct risk assessments for site activities.
• Advise on legislation changes impacting service delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of current legislation and update registers.
• Identify improvement opportunities and cost-effective controls.
• Report on HSE metrics to clients and governance teams.
• Oversee incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Coordinate training, audits, and HSE performance reporting.
