Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a seasoned HSE leader to implement strategic health, safety, and environment objectives within a US client account. You will reduce operational risk, guide risk management, and drive improvement initiatives across sites, ensuring legal compliance and client satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating audits, training, and reporting on HSE performance, fostering a culture of safety, and partnering with account teams to achieve best-practice safety

Qualifications

Minimum 7–12 years EH&S management experience
Experience with health and safety compliance in facility management
Professional EH&S qualifications and memberships (IOSH/NEBOSH)

Responsibilities

Implement JLL HSE objectives for a US client account
Lead risk assessments and incident investigations
Provide technical advice on HSE issues and regulatory changes
Develop and monitor HSE metrics and reporting for governance meetings
Coordinate audits, training, and HSE improvement programs
Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and client policies
