Job summary

You will guide risk management, regulatory compliance, and safety improvements across sites, ensuring audits, training, and performance reporting align with client expectations.

Ideal candidates bring 7–12 years in HSSE management, familiarity with ISO standards, and strong stakeholder engagement across geographies.

Qualifications

• Ability to influence, partner and operate strategically.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with HSSE management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Auditing and conducting incident investigations with root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Implement JLL HSE objectives for a US client account and ensure operational relevance.
• Lead HSE risk management guidance across all levels.
• Identify and control hazardous conditions using safety standards and best practices.
• Ensure site risk assessments and regulatory compliance across countries within scope.
• Provide reporting on HSE metrics to clients in governance meetings.
• Drive training, audits, and continuous improvement in HSE performance.
