Job summary

TPC Group LLC is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support the administration and optimization of our HRIS landscape. You will help configure workflows, ensure data integrity, and generate essential reports while collaborating with HR, IT, and external partners.

The role emphasizes system maintenance, audits, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to lead small projects and contribute to HR tech enhancements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, HR, Finance, or business-related fields.
• 2–3 years of progressive HRIS experience, ideally in petrochemical or related industries.
• Advanced skills in HRIS administration, configuration, and reporting (UKG Pro preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring and maintaining HRIS workflows, data fields, and business rules.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts, and conduct data accuracy audits.
• Generate recurring and ad-hoc HR reports to support operations and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners on integrations and audits.
