Job summary

Protective Life Corporation is seeking an HRIS Analyst to manage HRIS administration, data integrity, and reporting. The role blends HR technology, data analysis, and problem solving to support HR systems and projects.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, vendors, and business partners to deliver accurate employee data, develop reports, and ensure system security and governance. A 1–2 year background in HRIS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, information systems, business, technology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or related area.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying/validation.

Responsibilities

• Support HRIS administration, configuration, data maintenance, security, and end-user needs.
• Develop and maintain reports using SQL, Excel, and HR reporting tools.
• Investigate and troubleshoot system/data issues and escalate as needed.
• Support system upgrades, releases, and implementations through testing/documentation.
• Validate and maintain employee data for accuracy and integrity.
• Assist with HR system integrations, access control, and routine processes.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to identify system/reporting needs.
• Maintain system documentation and adhere to privacy, security, governance, and change-management requirements.
