Job summary

Menlo Security is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own and optimize the entire HR technology stack, including HRIS, ATS (Ashby), and related tools. You will lead data architecture, integrations, and workforce analytics to enable strategic HR decisions.

You will partner with HR leadership to drive automation, ensure data integrity, and build self‑service reporting across the organization. A bachelor’s in a relevant field is preferred, with 6+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HR systems administration and people analytics.
• Enterprise HRIS ownership experience with Rippling, BambooHR, HiBob, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the full HR tech stack including HRIS, ATS (Ashby), HR ticketing system, and future tools.
• Serve as system admin for data integrity, access, configuration, and performance.
• Own integrations across the HR tech stack with a roadmap to automate manual entry.
• Evaluate new HR tech with build vs buy considerations and long‑term scalability.
• Manage interim manual data entry as automation is rolled out.
• Act as escalation point for HR tool issues from partners, managers, and employees.
• Own the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle data across regions with cross‑system coordination.
