Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership in HRIS or HRIS-adjacent leadership roles.
• Minimum 4 years of vendor management experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
• Proven analytical and customer service skills.
• Experience leading system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and annual performance cycles.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HRIS Performance Management portfolio, including SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and related talent processes.
• Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver high-quality system changes.
• Provide end-user support and oversee ticket disposition, issue management, and escalation.
