You will manage a small HRIS team and collaborate with HR, Talent Management, IT, and vendors to drive effective performance processes. The role oversees annual performance cycles, system upgrades, and metrics reporting while ensuring data integrity and an exceptional end-user

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HRIS leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
• Proven track record in vendor management and system integrations.
