Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager, Performance Management Portfolio, to lead the SuccessFactors PM portfolio and related talent-management capabilities. You will partner with HRIS leaders, IT, and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions and improve user experience.

The role requires hands-on configuration, annual performance cycle support, and strong vendor management. Remote US work is possible, with a base salary range of $125,800–$206,650 and ongoing system upgrades

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HRIS leadership experience
• Minimum 4 years of vendor management experience
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
• Proven analytical and customer service skills
• Experience leading system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and annual performance cycles
• Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external personnel
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Manage HRIS capabilities with focus on Performance Management portfolio
• Plan resources and roadmap with HRIS leadership
• Provide end-user support and oversee ticket disposition
• Collaborate with vendors, IT, and HR leadership to mitigate risks
• Ensure data integrity, security, and audit readiness
• Lead performance review cycles, configurations, testing, deployment
• Drive adoption of enhancements and best practices
• Oversee integrations, releases, upgrades, and new functionality
