Job summary

Fulton Bank seeks an experienced HRIS Specialist to lead Workday configuration, releases, and integrations. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT and operations to ensure data integrity, security, and efficient user workflows.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in HR Operations or HRIS, 3+ years Workday experience with module deployments, and strong Excel/BI skills. A bachelor’s degree is required; benefits include equity, bonus, and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years HR Operations, HRIS, or People Operations roles with knowledge of HR, IT and business acumen.
• 3+ years HRIS Experience in Workday with hands-on configuration, releases, tenant moves and module deployments.
• Workday certification in HCM Core/Recruiting/Advanced Compensation/Absence/Time Tracking/Reporting & Prism Analytics/ Security/ Integrations (Preferred).
• Demonstrated skills configuring and administering Workday modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Learning, Time Tracking, Absence Management).
• Advanced Excel skills and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau); SQL/VBA fundamentals; testing and change management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and administer HRIS functionality across Workday modules and integrations; build HRIS objects and security roles.
• Lead testing for new features, security updates, and Workday releases; coordinate UAT and defect tracking.
• Own biannual HRIS release cycles, assess features, plan deployments, and govern changes.
• Ensure data integrity through audits and validations; develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
• Provide tier III support and develop training materials for end users.
