Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking an experienced HRIS Lead to manage Workday configurations, reporting, and security across HR modules. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and operations to ensure data integrity and efficient workflows.

The role requires hands-on Workday experience, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts for end users. Remote work is offered within the Fulton Bank footprint with occasional travel to Lancaster, PA.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in HR Operations, HRIS, or People Operations with knowledge of HR, IT, and business sense.
• 3+ years HRIS experience in Workday with hands-on config, releases, tenant moves, and module deployments.
• Workday certifications preferred in core HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Absence/Time Tracking, Reporting & Prism Analytics, Security, Integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and administer HRIS functionality across HCM modules; build HRIS objects and integrations with APIs/SFTP.
• Lead testing with IT; develop and execute test plans for features, security updates, and Workday releases.
• Own biannual HRIS release cycles; plan deployments and adoption strategies; support governance and documentation.
