Job summary

Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a Senior Administrator - HRIS to oversee the configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of our Workday HRIS. This role leads integrations (API/SFTP), ensures data integrity, and delivers secure, user-friendly HRIS solutions across HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders.

The position supports biannual releases, audits data, develops reports, and trains end users. Travel to Lancaster, PA as needed, with ample opportunity for a remote work arrangement within the Fulton Bank

Qualifications

• 6+ years HR Operations, HRIS, or People Operations roles with knowledge of HR and IT.
• 3+ years HRIS experience in Workday with configurations, releases, tenant moves and deployments.
• Workday certification in HCM Core, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Absence/Time Tracking, Reporting/Prism Analytics, Security, Integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and administer HRIS across HCM modules; build integrations and automate workflows.
• Lead testing with IT and stakeholders; coordinate UAT and maintain regression assets.
• Own biannual HRIS release cycles; assess features and adoption; manage governance and documentation.
