The Planet Group, partnering with a direct client on the East Coast, seeks a Senior Workday Security Administrator for a 100% remote, permanent position. You will safeguard Workday data and optimize security across Student, Finance, and HR modules while aligning with FERPA, HIPAA, and university policies.

Qualifications

• Must have Workday Student experience within Higher Ed industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in Higher Education Workday security and Extend.
• Familiarity with higher education processes, tests, and compliance.
• Hands-on Workday Extend, Security, reporting, and related capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a secure, scalable Workday security framework with RBAC, domains, and provisioning.
• Conduct security reviews, audits, and enforce least-privilege access.
• Lead development lifecycle for Workday Extend apps and IT configurations.
• Collaborate with HR/Finance/IT to translate business needs into secure solutions.
• Drive adoption, governance, release management, and change control.
