TMW Merchants LLC is seeking an HRIS Analyst II to join their Finance & Payroll Systems team. This position requires executing and maintaining the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 payroll system. Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in a North American payroll environment and knowledge of technical administration and compliance. The role offers remote work opportunities in the Houston area and a competitive salary range of $80,700 - $95,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a North American payroll environment.
• Practical experience supporting in-house payroll for a multi-state employee population.
• Understanding of the PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) cycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support for payroll processing.
• Perform regular data audits to ensure system health.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements.
